Jobs Description:
Ensure specifications are documented effectively ensuring highest productivity of programming staff.
Create Functional Design Document (or equivalent) from the business requirements that specify how users will interact with the software and how the software will respond.
Create detailed use case models based on business use cases created by the Product Planners. Bridge to architecture and development for requirement clarifications and use-case realizations
Model data and processes. Identify & document process flow for problem research/resolution, communication with customers & other groups; define business relationships.
Work closely with the Project Manager and assist with the project planning. Assist with project planning by providing estimates for BA deliverables, identify stakeholders/impacted groups, contribute to implementation planning, product demonstration, coordinate Change Control. Communications management.
Conduct functional analysis of existing systems – identify and recommend functional enhancements
Work closely with User Experience (UX) team in the definition of wireframes and screens to ensure business and functional requirements are being met.
Assist QM by reviewing test cases, preparing test data and defect clarification.
Review and (in some cases) design general XML schemas
Review materials that go into Functional Manual/User Manual prepared by Technical Communication and Training resources.
Create or update SPE’s (Small Project Enhancement documents)
