Job Title: Oracle Apps HR Functional lead

Location: Seattle, WA

Description:

       Would know best practices for setting up Oracle Core HR,OTL,OIC and OAB for multiple countries.  Should have multi country implementation experience
     Previous experience with leading customers at both the functional and technical level to modify a single country Oracle HR stack to support multiple  countries. This includes understanding options and articulating pros/cons of functional decisions in our environment
     Substantial technical experience to identify technical roadblocks to support multiple countries and designing technical solutions to resolve. experience leading on-shore and off-shore functional and technical resources to deliver needed functionality. Solid written skills and ability to communicate and       present across all levels of an organization
