Generates unit level test plans for designed features/modifications 

 Leads concept, functional and technical design meetings 

 Regularly assists in setting project task priorities  Participates in design and source code review meetings; Works with development managers to identify risk and ensure project meets its objectives  Effectively communicates concepts and designs via UML  Participates in on-site client installation and support activities to further the understanding of technical and functional implementations to the products'  Demonstrated ability to architect and build enterprise scale software applications  Clear understanding of, and have participated in, a structured SDLC process.
