 Understand and decompose business requirements
 Understand and document technology risks
 Understand interfaces, associated applications, & system architecture
 Accountable for the coordination of off- & on-shore client developers to meet agreed delivery schedules
 Accountable for delivery of an integrated and technically sound solution
 Accountable for the leadership for client technical deliverables
 Primary point of contact for the client technical deliverables
 Provide status updates for the client technical deliverables
 Manage client resources to client estimations to within 10% as a SLA
 Address and resolve technical issues regarding the client technical deliverables
 Accountable for the quality and delivery of the technical SDLC artifacts regarding the client technical deliverables
