Establish and maintain key AMS processes on Incident Management, Application availability, change and enhancements.
Achievement of contractual service levels;
Collaborate with the teams in India to provide continuous coverage and a seamless incident and technical management.
Manage and monitor work distribution within the team and provide guidance on technical issue resolution.
Maintenance of application stability and delivery of incremental application enhancements;
Be available to respond to high priority production issues
Customer satisfaction, specifically the management or business end user relationships with key stakeholders across the client organization.
Creation of business value through the recommendation of changes, enhancements and upgrades to the application and related business processes.
