Objective of this activity is to have interaction with the users and the client members to manage the expectations and relationships with all the internal and external stakeholders of the project.
 Ensure system availability
Objective of this activity is to ensure the supported applications are up and running as per the agreed SLA, so that there is no impact to the business.
 Schedule and task tracking
Objective of this activity is to ensure the work being done by all team members are tracked by various metrics and reports.

 Quality Management:

Objective of this activity is to ensure the deliverables meet the expectations of the customers that raise requests.
