Oracle EBS Techno Functional Manager/Deputy Manager [Finance module]


1. Qualification:

Any Graduate with MCA / MCM with First Class

Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.1.1 / formal training and certification in any one module of Finance from below would be appreciated:


Account Receivables


Account Payables


General Ledger and Financial Accounting


Fixed Assets and Cash Management

2. Experience:

Person must have 4/5 years of Finance modules experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i / 12i

[4 years for Deputy Manager and 5 years of Manager]

Must have at least 1 end to End implementation life cycle in Finance modules

Knowledge and implementation of other any Finance Modules such as Account Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, etc. will be an added advantage.

Must have complete knowledge of SDLC [Software Development Life Cycle]

Must have managed End User Training Program for Finance and its dependent other modules i.e. Root Cause Analysis.

Verbal & Written Communication should be better.

Having Knowledge in Servers, Networks and Hardware Management will be better.

3. Job Description:

Person will be responsible for Setup, Support and Implementation / Re-implementation of Finance module in Oracle eBusiness Suite 12i.

Implementing Good Practices of the Oracle eBusiness Suite for respective modules.

Responsible for identifying ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for issues raised by the End users, Functional heads and Management team.

Responsible for MIS requirements of Senior Management in Finance module and its sub-modules.

Responsible to develop Business Intelligence reports as per the functional teams requirements i.e. must have knowledge of table level details for Finance modules transaction flow.

Maintaining below documentation :


Setup Documents, Changes in Setup documents


Changes of the Setup document for other modules.


Users Roles and Access for the module transaction / reports.


Personalization on the existing forms / reports


Customization on the existing forms / reports


Design and Development of Forms / Reports


Finance reports in 3 categories i.e. Daily Operation Reports , Monthly Reports , Analysis & Status reports (MIS & BI Reports)


Integration with other modules default and customization documents


End User Issues, and Suggestions documents.


Any other document require for as a part of software SDLC cycle to be maintained.

Defining End User Training Programs on the Finance modules of Oracle EBS 12i

PL SQL knowledge is must for analyzing transaction flow.
