We are also a service provider and offer Repairing Services of Ingersoll Rand Pneumatic Tools, Material Handling Equipments and Fluid Handling Systems. We are known in the industry for supreme quality products and their timely delivery without any defect.
 

They are looking for sales & service engineer in chennai:


1. DESIGNATION: SERVICE ENGINEER
 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 YEARS MINIMUM
 

DESIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: DME & DEE


JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
1) Thorough understanding of Ingersoll Rand complete product range.
2) Servicing of pneumatic tools (impact wrench, torque wrench, pulse tool, screwdriver, DC Electric nut runner, torque calibration devices and more), material handling equipments (electric hoist, air hoist, pneumatic balancer) and fluid handling systems (diaphragm pump, lubricating systems).
3) Installation of material handling equipments, diaphragm pumps, DC electric nut runner and torque calibration devices at customer's site and provide training on how to use the same.
4) Attending customer breakdown calls on timely basis based on inputs from the management.
5) Regularly maintaining service records and reporting the same to the management.
6) Maintenance of spares in the office service area with easy identification and traceability.
 

PREFERENCE: Atlas Copco, Chicago Pneumatics, Bosch (dealers inclusive)

 


2. DESIGNATION: SALES ENGINEER
 
DESIRED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 YEARS MINIMUM & FRESHERS
 

DESIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Mech. Engg.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Thorough understandings of Ingersoll Rand complete product range.
2) Managing and interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their requirements.
3) Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
4) Making technical presentations and providing demonstration to customers how a product meets their needs.
5) Regular search for new customers who might benefit from Ingersoll Rand products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated territories.
6) Coordinating sales projects.
7) Reporting to the management with the action plan on how to achieve the sales target allocated and periodically reviewing the same.
8) Recording and maintaining client contact data.
9) Developing and growing long term relationships with customers.
10) Regularly reporting to the management on the goings-on of the customers allocated.
11) Liaising with other members of the sales team.
